COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU

Not only is Nuffnang the First Asia-Pacific Blog community, we have also brought you the First ever Asia-Pacific Blog Awards to witness the finest of the blogosphere.

We are extremely honored to have Pringles as our title sponsor and have our inaugural event held in Uniquely Singapore. Canon has also generously offered its imaging equipments to capture this momentous occasion.

We hoped that our foreign bloggers and guests have enjoyed your 3d2n stay in Singapore, thanks to Link Hotel. Nuffnang would also like to express our appreciation to our design house, Ripplewerkz for its hard work in executing fantastic artwork for the project. PRE-EVENT PREPARATION

Two months ago, nominations from all over Asia-Pacific were swamping in to compete against one another to be the top nominees in NAPBAS. And out of these 10,000 nominees, only 52 were crowned as finalists to represent each of the 11 categories.

While intensive judging was heating up, the voting scores on the other hand never stopped rolling in from supportive fans of the finalists. Back-end, the Nuffie team were meeting deadlines and working earnestly to achieve this milestone.

All of the expectations and hard-work have come down to just one day – the awards night, 23rd October 2009. At the grand ballroom of Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore, 400 bloggers, media, guests and VIPs graced the red carpet with their gorgeous gowns and suits.

EVENT

Allan Wu as our host has set a perfect standard for the night. In between the ceremony, we have the magic duo, JC Sum & ‘Magic Babe’ Ning to perform a spectacular illusion show. Not to even mention our local band, Electrico to bring us a splendid performance with songs from their latest album.

And the showdown of the night is none other than the winners of all 12 categories including the Region’s Best Blog.
