I’m sure that all of you have heard about the ordeal that hit Japan a month ago.
Let’s all do our part in the blogosphere and help the land of the rising sun to shine again!
Join Nuffnang and Park Royal on Kitchener Road as we launch Ganbatte! Japan, a charity flea market that helps to raise funds for Japan’s natural disaster victims.
Together with Nuffies, our popular bloggers and blogshop owners from Jipaban will be proud stall-owners at the flea, where all profits will be donated to Singapore Red Cross for relief efforts in Japan.
Date: 9th April 2011 (Saturday)
Time: 2 PM to 5 PM
Venue: PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road, Emerald Ballroom 1 & 2 (5 mins walk from Farrer Park Mrt Station. Refer below for directions)
Who to expect?
What’s in for you?
You can expect makeovers + photoshoots, manicures, self-baked cupcakes and cookies, nendoroids and figurines, hugs (come down to find out who will be selling hugs), Polaroid-taking and lots of clothes and books from your favourite bloggers!
Bobo Dino, Indiesin and Hype will also be setting up booths to sell their products all in the name of charity!
There will also be booths for cotton candy, cup corn, drinks and fun-filled games set up by your friendly Nuffies as well! :)

Directions
You can choose to take Bus number 21, 125, 130 or by train and alight at Farrer Park Mrt Station.
1. After alighting at Farrer Park Mrt Station, exit from Exit H
2. Cross to the opposite side of Kitchener Road
3. Turn right and walk along the pavement to Park Royal Hotel!
