Nuffnang Featured Blogger for the month of July

Greetings Nuffnangers!!

First of all, we are excited to be selected as featured blogger for the month of July.

http://ourfeistyprincess.blogspot.com/ was started in February when we first discovered that our feisty princess Charmaine has been diagnosed with neuroblastoma. We were all stumped by how we are going to help Charmaine fight this battle. This blog was born because we wanted to hear and share experiences of dealing with cancer. We also wanted to update our friends about Charmaine’s condition and for all who care about Charmaine and Cynthia to leave some words of encouragement.

Before long, http://ourfeistyprincess.blogspot.com/ became a platform not only for us to raise awareness and share experiences but also to raise funds for Charmaine. We could have never imagined that we would be able to gather the funds we needed so quickly. It’s truly a blessing from all of you angels out there.

Although the funds that we have gathered now would be sufficient to send Charmaine to New York for treatment, we still require more funds for the ongoing treatments.

It was roughly a month ago when Ming, co-founder of Nuffnang.com, approached Cynthia and expressed his intentions to carry out a fundraising campaign through Nuffnang.com.

The fundraising would run for a period of two months starting from 23^rd July 2009 to 24^th September 2009.

Please help us to save Charmaine.
